HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Welcome to 2010!  M and I spent a mellow night with some good friends.  We had dinner at our favorite little sushi restaurant, and then came back to our apartment.  We kept it low key, had some drinks, watched the numerous countdown shows. It's very true what they say about how time seems to fly by the older we get.  As I'm typing this I'm reflecting on how so much can change in a year.  I'm so grateful to have the life I do.  I can honestly say that I am happy.  I'm happy with the path I've chosen and I'm extremely excited for what the next year, and decade, will bring for me, and the ones I love.  xo

A little piece of heaven <3

M and I just returned from our holiday.  We spent 10 days exploring beaches and villages, filled up on plenty of tacos and Margaritas and absorbed the cultures of Mexico.  My birthday fell during the trip.  It was in fact the best birthday I have ever had...very low key and spent with the one I love.  We discovered a secluded beach, spontaneously decided to spend the night in an adorable bungalow, and sipped fine tequila.  27 is going to be a good year!

A while back I wrote a post about a fantastic new line I came across...MINKPINK.  Well I was just browsing their website and guess who has it now?  Aritzia!  Doesn't surprise me. Urban Outfitters is carrying the line as well.  So now we can all get our fix.  YES!!!

It's been a while...nice to see you again.

I don't really have a good excuse as to why I have not kept up my blog for the past month...I could say the usual busy with work, too tired, blah, blah, blah.  But in truth I still find time to browse my favorite blogs almost every day.  And my love for fashion has not diminished at all...it's there, in the back of my mind, constantly!  So I'm taking a new direction, more of my own outfit posts with a heavy dose of FASHION, LOVE, EATS, AND TRAVEL!
