I seem to want alot of things...this shopping ban I'm putting myself on for the month of March is going to be tough!  Tomorrow I start my 30 day yoga challenge - that's right 30 consecutive days of yoga/pilates/core.  March is also one of the busiest months for me at work.  Which is part of the reason why I'm doing a shopping ban, I'll be too busy working and going to yoga.  But once April 1st hits it will be another story - and I'll definitely deserve a good spree then!

Behind the Scene...

2011 is my year to be creative - or rather start working on more creatives.  That includes building my portfolio and partnering with more photographers and models.  Today's shoot was on CN Rail land in East Van - the deserted trains provided the perfect back drop.

Simplistic?

NYFW Favorites

Two collections from NYFW stood out for me - 3.1 Phillip Lim and The Row.  However for completely different reasons:  3.1 was slightly simplistic with long lines and a muted palette. But at the same time, enticing with rich textures and unique combinations of luxe fabrics.  The Row was all luxury. Lace, cashmere and fur were toned down by men's inspired pieces.  While practical, and affordable, TOMS adorn the models feet!
